Since inception in September 2004, Incwala Resources (Incwala) is one of the largest Historically Disadvantaged South African (HDSA) owned and controlled mining companies in South Africa.
With the name meaning 'first fruits of the season' in Zulu, Incwala represents a unique partnership between broad-based empowerment parties, the public sector, mining companies and financial institutions.
Incwala intends to become a diversified champion for Black Economic E mpowerment (BEE) in the South African mining sector for the benefit of its more than 50 000 HDSA shareholders. |
