Sir John Craven, one of two representatives of Lonmin plc (Lonmin) on the Board of Directors of Incwala Resources (Pty) Ltd (Incwala) has been replaced by John Robinson, with immediate effect following a restructuring at Lonmin.
Ronnie Ntuli, Incwala Chairman, said the company was saddened by the loss of Sir John Craven’s depth of knowledge and experience, but was looking forward to working closely with Mr Robinson to further entrench Incwala’s position as a Black Economic Empowerment vehicle in the mining sector.
